    Due to the real estate market conditions I have decided it is time to take any listing that comes along. I will not inflate a listing price! My dedication to the buyer will not change. If you are looking at one of my listings I will be honest with you and try  to get a fair price for all involved.
   I am an exclusive buyers agent. That means you, the buyer, are my Client. I am working for you.  You tell me exactly what you are looking for and how much you are willing to spend and I will go to work and find that ideal place for you. I work six days a week, on Sunday I get life back in perspective.
    In order for me to give you 100%, I would ask that we have a buyers contract in place. There is no charge for this, but it assures me that you are serious. If you feel I am not doing my job it can be rescinded at any time. I hope you understand that all the time I spend working for someone who never buys anything, or makes a purchase from someone else, is precious time I could have spent working for you. I hope we can start working together real soon. 
    If you are thinking of selling your property, talk to me first. I may have a buyer looking for that exact property and it will save both of you a lot of money. 
   The listings you see on this site are my own properties or the property of close friends. Please don't think these are the only reason to call me. As an Exclusive Buyers Agent I can sell property anywhere in Michigan, although I would rather stay in Northern Mi. I can even sell "For Sale By Owner" property.
